Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how a Ciboora subscription or deployment engagement can be cancelled.

1. Cancelling a recurring subscription

An authorised organisation owner may request cancellation at any time by emailing billing@ciboora.com from the registered account email. Where self-service cancellation is available, the owner may also use that function.

2. Effective date

Unless a different date is agreed in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until then, subject to payment status and these terms. Future renewals stop after the cancellation is successfully processed.

3. Renewal timing

Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge. A request received after a renewal has already been initiated may apply to the following billing cycle. Customers should submit requests sufficiently before the renewal date and retain the confirmation email.

4. No automatic prorated refund

Cancellation does not normally refund or credit unused days in an active monthly or annual period. Any refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Deployment or implementation cancellation

To cancel deployment, configuration, migration, training, integration or custom work, email us before work begins. Once work, procurement or third-party commitment has started, completed work and non-recoverable costs remain payable.

6. Data and account closure

Customers should request any needed export before access ends. After closure, data is retained, deleted or anonymised according to the Privacy Policy, contractual obligations and applicable law.

7. Suspension for non-payment

Non-payment or failed renewal may lead to grace, restricted access, suspension or termination. Suspension does not waive amounts already due.

8. Confirmation

A cancellation is effective only when confirmed by Ciboora or reflected in the account’s subscription status.
