Digital Service Delivery / Shipping Policy

Ciboora is primarily a digital software service. This policy explains how access, deployment and related deliverables are provided and serves as Ciboora’s shipping/delivery policy for payment-verification purposes.

1. Digital delivery

After payment is verified and required business information is received, Ciboora creates or activates the customer organisation, subscription and authorised owner access. Account invitations and service communications are sent electronically to the registered email address.

2. Expected timing

Automated account provisioning may occur shortly after verified payment. Where manual review or configuration is required, we normally contact the customer within 2 business days. Full deployment timing depends on outlet count, selected plan, data migration, integrations, hardware readiness, training availability and the agreed scope.

3. Deployment deliverables

Depending on the commercial agreement, delivery may include organisation and outlet setup, user roles, menu or master-data configuration, subscription activation, remote onboarding, training and support. Completion is recorded through account activation, emails, implementation records or customer acceptance.

4. No physical shipping by default

Standard Ciboora subscription and deployment charges do not include physical goods. No courier shipment is made unless hardware, printed material or another physical item is separately ordered in writing.

5. Separate hardware orders

For separately purchased printers, terminals or other hardware, availability, price, warranty, shipping cost and delivery estimate will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Delays by manufacturers or logistics providers are outside the software subscription delivery timeline.

6. Customer readiness

The customer must provide accurate contact details, required data, compatible devices, power, network access, staff availability and timely approvals. Delays caused by missing information or site readiness extend the delivery schedule.

7. Delivery issues

If an account invitation or onboarding communication is not received, contact support@ciboora.com with the organisation name and payment reference.
